Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.
Steve in particular was extremely helpful to ensure we knew how to access all of our free play for the machines and how to cash out our winnings. We were also provided with free soft drinks during our play.
Great Stadium. Easy to get to and parking not too far away. Food and drinks are a little pricey though
Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family reunion. Perfect central location and helpful and friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are spotless and there is everything you need including access to coffee 24 hours!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee is available in the spacious reception area, which is comfy and a good place to sit and chat. Great breakfast also!

Nice hotel and spa however, lamp was broken in the room on arrival and did not work. This wasn’t much of an issue as we used the wall lights and the tv. The hotel is in a nice location,there is plenty to do around there and the spa is nice just a shame we were unable to use the steam room as it was 11am and wasn’t ready at Edimburgo casino that time.
I advise finding parking elsewhere too as we are currently sat in the car waiting for other drivers to come back so we can get out. Only positive really was the cleanliness of the room, pretty standard and would not rate this hotel a four star at all. Don’t waste your money especially if you are wanting to use the facilities.
The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.
I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
All good but vue cinema is not clean and my screen so bad and floor so dirty even full on bin star city should take action for vue cinema for safety ,cleaning and services very bad services .i don’t expect services from vue cinema
